Who we are

Assistiv AI, Inc. is a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you give one, and the message itself.

There is no database behind this site. Your enquiry is not written to storage: it is sent straight to our inbox and lives only there. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs, as every host does, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, and if it goes somewhere, to carry out the work.

Under the UK and EU GDPR the legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

No ad networks, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, and no selling or sharing of your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months.

Enquiries that do lead to an engagement are kept for the duration of that engagement and for six years afterwards, which is how long we may need them for contractual and tax records.

Ask us to delete your enquiry at any point and we will do it within 7 days. Email hello@assistiv.ai.

Who else handles it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. There are no advertising or analytics providers involved at any point.

• Amazon Web Services, which delivers the message from our server to our inbox. Processed in the EU (eu-north-1).
• Google, because our enquiry inbox runs on Gmail. Data may be processed in the United States.
• Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and keeps the standard server access logs described above. Processed in the United States.

International transfers

We are a United States company, so your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States. Where data moves out of the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.

If you are in California you may request to know, delete or correct the personal information we hold, and you may opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.

Security

Enquiries travel over TLS from your browser to our server and from our server to our inbox. Access to that inbox is limited to the people who answer enquiries and is protected by two-factor authentication.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
